Oh damned. I recounted. I should have 28 points, because I posted multiple links in one post.
What can I do now to get points for them?
Shall I just post 8 comments with one link per comment so that I end up with my 28 points?
Alright I solved the problem!
When I had 3 links in my post for example I posted 2 of those links separated again so that I get 3 points for that. :)
@ABAS : Thats what was surprising for me to. I didnt thought, that we can earn one point for every single comment with an uploaded photo.
Now i am very sad, that i havent uploaded more of my pictures which i have taken during the opening of the magic box. So my video i have recorded gets only one point, but taking 5 pictures would have brought me more points *argh* Now it's too late, isn't it?
Ok i am happy to be under the first ten insiders with the most activity, and i have enough ideas of testing the esprimo in the following days to stabilize my position ;-)
But what surprises me much is, that there are insiders with no points. Are they sleeping? ;-)

Netbuzzr - these benchmarks are great. I'm planning to do some myself, but I can already see that Q1510 will be great for business tasks. I don't think it will be enough for hardcore gamers though.

20 people and just 10 esprimo - i see the problem, ABAS. But in my opinion we all should share content and not a bunch of pics which have nothing to do with the topic...

if the other competitors think that it's okay, then i prepare to take some screenshots of my brandnew harry potter-bluray... i guess, after taking loads of movie-screenshots, you all can print out the pics and create your own harry potter-flipbook - so awesome, isn't it? ;)

@CASI: The problem is the scoring system
I posted 3 videos in one post and only received one point.
So the rules say 1 point per picture.
I think they should change the rules:
- 1 point per video
- 1 point per photo gallery
A photo gallery contains an unlimited number of fotos which are related to one topic.
Then the problem would be solved!
Other people posted 5 unboxing fotos and got 5 points.
I posted multiple fotos in one blog and received one point only. That's not fair, too. So what to do?
But what is wrong with my pictures?
They are related to the ESPRIMO Q1510 showing the BIOS for technical experts who are interested...

I have known before, that it will end like that. "be creativ, to share our point of view and probably we can share some individual screenshots" YES, thats what i think too. Its easy to take thousends of simple Fotos with the Esprimo. Maybe i capture all Websites i have visited with the Esprimo.
Hope, that something changes with the points plan, because otherwise it all ends in a big chaos.
The best solution is, that every active Insider can keep the Esprimo after the project, hehe ;-)

I agree with @CASI, this makes blog less readable and useless... now people will be fighting who will add more pictures to the blog... and those who making valuable posts on their blogs will suffer.
Honestly I do not see here interesting picture. To gain points I can make scans of whole manual book. Maybe it is good idea to verify those points?
@STEFANOSSWALD from my point of view the scoring is a problem... sorry but if there will be no moderation/post improvement we will have useless posts like most here.
My opinion is that I will not make garbage from my blog only to have device... I want to make valuable tests but for now it looks more like picture fights.
@NETBUZZR I agree with you that every insider should keep device but to gain this for example he should add 5 blog posts (more than 250 words on his blog) or 10 posts (more than 100 words here) or something like this. And those posts should be verified by Esprimo Team.
For me another problem is also that everyone have points for unpacking but not me :/ It is not my fault that device was later in Poland so my request is to verify this.

@SMEJDA: Many people who are interested in computers want to see BIOS options of such an device before buying it. If you don't see any interest in it then it's your personal opinion!

As I already mentioned, I made this to show how unfair this system is. I made all those photos and usually I would post them in one blog and post this link here.
But I made 3 videos and 1 blogpost earlier and posted them in one comment and only got 1 point. So that is not fair, too!
@ABAS I agree that system is not fair but please don't try to tell us that you put those pictures because they are interesting from technical point of view :) I can agree that pointing system should be changed to avoid picture fights.
I imagine that if they change point system there will be problem with 1st price, but I have one idea for this, why not vote like in Eurovision contest, each insider will point one insider for first price, what you think about it?

And then I saw that people received points for 6 unpacking fotos in 6 single posts. So then I thought: How can I stay in the game with making videos which is actually more work than just taking a picture...
I don't join any picfight. I just thought about examples of use and did some nice creative pictures. I think this is something different than posting some screenshots of something.
@ABAS I agree, I saw your post with 3 videos and one blog post - it was very valuable but you gain only one point so I understand your frustration but we should talk about change I believe to make this blog more interesting not picture fight ring.

@smejda: You are definitely right, a moderation is missing. Every single picture in the comments does not have anithing to do with the topic of this post, just spam like @Abas. And "wow", @Netbuzzr spent 3 minutes with photoshop - but I think he is violiting some copyrights?
@SEFANOSSWALD: I don't think that the only thing that counts is, how much time you spend with creating a picture, video, post etc.
I think the most important is the idea behind it. And I think that my pictures are well done and show possible areas of application for the Esprimo. I really think about implementing the Esprimo in my car by driving to office and thats why I created the picture. Not in 3 minutes, but in 5. But thats not important. There is a message behind the pictures and i wanted to show it.
@Netbuzzr: And you think about implementing the Esprimo in your SUV, your plane and you give it to your little elephant to play with it?
It does not belong to the topic of this blogpost. So if you think about implementing an ESPRIMO in whatever, why don't you write your own Blogpost about it? But wait, that would be just one point...
In my oppinion it's just spam to gain points the easy way.
Then read the instructions. Comments does not have to belong to the topic. Comments have to be about the Esprimo and you can post them everywhere.
Why not integrate the Esprimo in a car? There are Cars with multiple screens and playstation in it. That a only ideas and a funny pic. Use our imagination ;-)

I have found something interesting on amazon. There you can bye a mounting kit for the esprimo. With it you can mount the esprimo on the back side of your TV.

@All Insiders: First of all we want to thank you for your honest input about our ranking. As there had been a few arguments about the pointing system, we want to explain you all our previous decision.
We decided not to use a pointing system, where we judge each comment on it's quality, as we thought this is a very subjective way and therefore not very transparent. We wanted to reward all Insiders that are taking some time to test the ESPRIMO and tell us about it. That's why we've chosen a pointing system, where we count each activity of you on our blog.
Unfortunately, we didn't expect that there would be some misunderstanding in the word "activity".

To make the blog as informative as possible, we ask you kindly not to upload a bunch of pics that have nothing to do with giving good advices, showing your personal testing results or expressing any involvement with the given tasks. For what its worth, I would like to remind people that it is "bad" to use copyrighted images from the internet without permission in your posts. Most of us have cameras to take photos and there are several public domain sites on the net to use the photos from so please, use them and not violate the copyrights of others. You people are creative, show that creativity and productivity in a positive way. Show what you can do with those legal photo editors and get points for that. ;)
I don't try to be that "old man" telling what should do and not to do but this little competition amongst the insiders seems to bring the worst out of people.
I just checked out the photos from my last vacation on the Esprimo, the memory card reader works great!
After examining the Esprimo I found this little hole in the back, is it for a security lock?
Lately my packages arrived last week because of delivering problems. So till now I am not the most active one living room insider ;)
But maybe it is possible to be one out of ten within the next days.
Has any one of you tried to install windows xp or linux (e.g. ubuntu) on this small little hardware-devil? Is it possible? Is the hardware with its drivers compatible to those two operating system? I am very interested in trying it out, so please stay tuned. Hopefully I will have enough time before I may have to send it back.
